I have 24v to my indoor control board and I have 24v to my outdoor control board. I ohmed my 2 wires going out to the condenser and they are good. I also ohmed the float switch and they have an on call box from the local utility company both are closed I jump it out for the hell of it but still error I feel its one of the control board but not sure wich one, or possibly both.
If it has 2 wire going to outdoor it and its not all communicating that would be the problem you need a wiring harness and relay panel so they can all talk the board will flash how many devices are communicating I we put a bunch of these in and I have the tech manuals is this new install because you can fire it from the in test mode to balance the refrigerant but when you get out of technician access and try to run normally you will get that code found that out the hard way also if you do run it in 24volt mode you can't use the out door sensor in the unit.
